      You knew what you were going to do everyday, it’s broken down by commodity and there is a structure to it.

      Cons

      The way you invoice is so repetitive, you have to enter the same information 2-3 times before you get an invoice printed. The MAs cut checks and mail them out. The pay is subpar. The culture is a click and if you aren’t apart of the click you will not get a promotion. Several people received promotions over people that deserved it. Several people with high salaries pass the buck off and work minimal
