Can be a fun place to work.

Pros

Pay, Benefits, Company Vehicle & Gas Card, Lower level employees, Tradespeople.

Cons

Kept out of the critical information loop (news, emails, meetings, milestones) important to be successful in my role.My managers did not take ownership of joint faults or holes in project planning & fostered an unwelcoming sink or swim environment. If you have experience with the work, it is not a bad place but if not...expect to teach yourself or learn from previous project job folders.

Pros

Paid on time every week. Liked co-workers.

Cons

Not everyone was paid fairly Offers decent benefit package but isn't very flexible. You have to pay for insurance through their provider whether you want to or not, and it's expensive! So even if you can get insurance through a spouse you still have to pay for their insurance. Employee morale is not that great - you're just a number here. Employee training is nearly non-existent Opportunities for advancement are not prevalent and are based more on acquaintance to the right people than merit.
