Pros
Like many companies in this industry everyday at work is going to be different. The flexibility of working with a variety of clients in multiple different countries on a number of solutions is both exciting and rewarding.
Being a virtual organisation, everyone is left to manage their day and their workload in a way that suits them, the company and the needs of the people we are working for. Of course, being billable is important but we are trusted to be adult enough to manage our own time. If you have errands to run, do it in the day and make up the time when it suits.
Having worked in corporate environments, it is refreshing to work in such an open, honest organisation. They talk about the J2 Family and that is so obvious. What other company takes everyone away for a fully-funded ski trip every year?
Cons
I honestly haven't come across any yet. Every job has frustrations but there is always someone to help you resolve that. That's not a "con" about working for J2.
