Great colleagues, but poor pay and poor leqdership

Some of the people are great you meet.

Cons

Pay is under market levels The board look after themselves are very invisible and there is a real do as I say, don’t do as I do view from them. Lots of board have stayed there for years lapping up big salaries whilst everyone else under them does the same work. Not a very forward thinking company, there are far better media companies to work for.
