      Pros

      Lets start of by saying recruitment in general no matter the industry is hard, you need to be agile, resilient and consistent. JCW, and inparticular Joe, Lewis, Jamie and the team I was in at the time not only helped me become a great recruiter but also made me become a better person. The training is second to none, encouragment and so much more. I will never stop being grateful for the opportunity Lewis and Jamie gave me. I was in the academy in 2018, 4 of us, 2 have gone on to have exceptional careers at JCW and the other two have gone on to have exceptional careers at other agencies.

      Cons

      In my opinion none, one of the best place I have ever worked and would go back tomorrow if they would have me.
