Pros

Intentions are good. But Organization is nothing but one giant Cult of Personality. Certain departments are true to mission, but most are just colossal disasters disguised as 'good investments.'

Cons

JEVS is one of the most wasteful organizations I've ever come across. They drive knowledgeable people out and punish those who ask questions.

Pros

The organization had a hybrid work schedule.

Cons

They lack organization. Employees are underpaid. Leadership is disorganized and reactionary which creates alot of confusion and makes it difficult for Employees to properly do their job. Mediocrity is the accepted standard throughout the entire organization.

Pros

Really can't think of anything besides maybe it got me my next job.

Cons

When I left the service coordination dept was going through a lot of upheaval. Nearly everyone left, even the head of the dept. It was poorly organized, the case management system was non-existent, caseloads were much too large for one person, and the job required field work, which was hazardous and time-consuming, so it left little time to get office work done.
