Pros

You have the option to work remotely and travel. Mileage is great plus there are other incentives. One of the most rewarding parts (for me) is helping people who have absolutely no one. A pro and a con, they promote from within. The con... this is based on seniority. Not education or experience.

Cons

The pay is horrible! There is no doubt that this company could afford to pay staff more. They refuse to do so, even if that means that current staff will have to double their caseloads. The pay is a flat rate regardless of education. Plus, the annual increase is 2%.
