I used to work in the out projects, they messed them up, they promised the customer a big crew then we would show up with half of that, but expected the same amount of work. They talk big on safety, but when it snows like crazy you better come to work or you will get fired. Many guys have had accidents on the road because of this, the owner dont care tho. Paychecks bounce, many times they have ran out of money to pay the guys. The place is a revolving door of employees, because the management messed up a project and they look for someone to blame.

every thing is smoke, mirrors & lies, a lot of back stabling goes on a daily bases there. they are always broke, you will always have to fight to get the money they owe you for travel. you are always lied to, they promise you things and don't follow through, always threaten to fire every one, it is a constant revolving door, there work force is mostly always from contracted unskilled temp labor company's.
