      Horrible way to treat employees

      Pros

      Good benefits. Free food every now and then. There's nothing else to say here. Lots of free food. Free bagels the last Friday of the month.

      Cons

      Worse HR DEPARTMENT I've ever came across. They call them selves the "cops" there. They don't know how to treat their employees and think that their job is to scare employees and not take care of them. They feel that because they have a tittle and an office , they deserve respect although they do not respect you unless you're one of the big guys.

      Pros

      You might find one or two nice people there with whom you might commiserate about the stifling office environment.

      Cons

      The president thinks he is ruler of the world. He makes all the decisions. HR hates all the employees except for senior-level friends. Everyone is oppressed and miserable.
