Pros

1. Good Compensation 2. Friendly working environment and good people.

Cons

*****DO NOT JOIN SAP TEAM THERE***** 1. Company's attrition rate is very high, you might be doing some project and next hour you are unemployed, this happens very frequently in JMA across all the teams. 2. 4 out of 6 people from my SAP team were laid off unexpectedly(without internal discussion) within the span of 5 months, IT management lacks operational visibility and knwoledge, only relies on empty talk. 3. You might end up doing work of three ppl and as a reward you might get a termination letter. *****DO NOT JOIN SAP TEAM THERE*****

Cold, uncaring, and misguided

Pros

A few bright spots among my coworkers. Plant and line workers are quite good.

Cons

Terrible management with a lack of respect for their employees. Chaotic and inconsistent direction with no formal objectives. Employees are treated as disposable. The CEO is an albatross at best, not particularly talented.
