An owner who I suspect may have the early signs of dementia setting. A President who could not lead a group of kindergartners across a street and has no problem with pushing anyone including members of the management team under a bus. A sales team that has no clear leadership and worries constantly about being fired.
Turnover is amazing. People rarely last a year. That in itself should be a sign. If you are interviewing with JMF ask them about turnover. Ask how many people have held the position in the last five years. Ask why the last person left the position. Do not let them answer with "no more or less than a normal company."
The training is almost non existent and what there is is very poor.
Insurance is on the expensive side.
There are almost no annual reviews. There is no plan for feedback with your performance. When you do receive feedback it is not professional tends to be very negative.
