      Bad Office culture.. Bad office environment, A/c smells, Mosquito all round No Work-Life Balance... Employee slog every weekends(Testing Team) Company is run by the MD family members Bad employee policies in place No Growth No Employee satisfaction Wonder how this company attained Cmmi - 3 Level

      under paid,do not give the salary in time,salary hike!!!! forget about it, salary deduction at every month though attended all days of month.

      An fresher/entry level candidate is exposed to the whole project structure. Decent salary/Pay scale as compared to other companies. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Poor Project Management and Managers, No Projects, Layoffs are going on. No projects, No job security. Employees don't know when management will fire them. Managers will always blame employees for everything.
