      Progressive and versatile company but lacking in adopting latest SAP/IT tools and uniformity.

      One of the largest steel producers in India and being major players in other sectors, like - Cement, Port, Power, Sports etc.

      Cons

      Adoption of SAP/IT tools is way backyard than current industry standards, lack of uniform policies & process across the organisation, lack of professionalism. Local politics & groupings.
