1)HR will say you have 2 official WFH in one month.But if you avail even single WFH in a month ,your managers will say "We dont encourage WFH" and will stop you from taking WFH"
2)They say Jabong is 5 days a week office, but 90% of people have to come to office during weekends that too not just once or twice but consecutively for months
3) They assume that you will work in office till 8p.m atleast. When you are about to leave at 7, your manager will give you multiple reasons to hold you back.
4)HR/CTO will say "their is no punching,follow time as per your work and project".Later,they will float official mails/messages to follow 9 hours.They will track your check in-check out despite your work being "up to ddate"
5) Not process oriented at all.Anything is happening anytime anyhow by anybody. If you will try to be a bit process oriented, your manager will say "focus on product and leave the process".
6) Extreme favoritism.
7) No specific promotion,appraisal system.Idle might get 100per cent hike and laborer wili get hardly 1%
8) QAs have the worst fate here.One qa are assigned to each project while their is one QA lead for all QAs.These projects are lead by Dev Leads.So the feedback goes to QA lead via lead of the project QA is working with.So,QA's appraisal is based on feedback of project lead leading to lack of transparency.
9) Management assume people to be their slaves to be present /available whenever they want.
10) People are leaving Jabong.Almost every other day i see a goodbye email.
11) People are loosing their skill here. I know this from more than 50 people working here.I too equally feel that.
12) On friday Night, the high managerial will send e-mail saying "Saturday /Sundays are compulsive working" or you will receive emails like "No sick leaves"
