      Much of the latest software in the digital space is bleeding edge, legacy products are being left behind.

      Pros

      Jacada has a lot of smart people, and great technology. Under the correct circumstances, Jacada could become the dominant force in automation techologies.

      Cons

      Over the past few years, a lot of the perks of working for Jacada were slowly taken away to help out the company's bottom line. This was spear-headed by Paul O'Callaghan, the company's previous CEO. He turned Jacada from a warm, inviting, fun, small company to a cold, desolate corporate wasteland.
