      Reliable hours but unreasonable management practices

      Pros

      Forty hours is reliable. Schedule made a week before each month.

      Cons

      Unreasonable management with zero tolerance for minor arrival margins. Despite my extensive experience and executing all duties perfectly, a five-minute delay leads to termination. This luxury environment lacks basic respect for elite talent. Shoot high because they will always pay you less than you ask for. Huge discrepancy in hourly rates among staff.

      Pros

      The brand has a strong reputation, beautiful product, and a loyal customer base. There is a lot of potential, and the in store teams genuinely care about creating a great customer experience.

      Cons

      Leadership expectations often felt unclear and inconsistent, with limited coaching and support for Store Managers. Communication was frequently reactive rather than collaborative, making it difficult to feel set up for success. Work-life balance was another significant challenge. There was an expectation of near-constant availability that, in my experience, made it difficult to maintain healthy boundaries outside of work. Accountability often felt one-sided, and feedback was not always delivered in a way that encouraged growth or partnership. Based on my experience, it's understandable why the company has struggled with retaining leadership talent.
