Easy job, watch cartoons on my laptop most of the day. Cute office dog

Poor management, no real training or instructions regarding how to do the job. No communication No organization Micromanagement Office Building is in a drug infested crime filled neighborhood that seems very unsafe.

The people are friendly and welcoming.
Cons
They’ve fired a lot of good people because upper management has done a bad job forecasting, and they take it out on the little guy.
