      Pros

      Friendly environment. Large, clean, efficient manufacturing process. R&D department had modern CAD/CAM software and machines. Offices had ample air conditioning to oppose the heat of Rajasthan.

      Cons

      Still use some open furnaces to melt brass, though they are slowly adapting to the closed ones, which have better monitoring of safety parameters. Not obligated (though highly recommended) to wear masks over one's mouth to avoid inhalation of metallic dust in the air
