      There is no bias at all, people will understand your work load and recognize your seriousness for the tasks you have done. They have a process defined for everything, which helps everyone to understand how things go smoothly. Even my manger is humble and down to earth guy. Lucky me.

      Learning is immense. Work is interesting at the same time challenging. You have to match the pace. Training programs are helpful and encourages open communication. Looking forward to growing with JCR.
