Pros

Apart from employees bonding over the same feelings towards the disrespectful nature of the CEO, which brought about a sense of community, there's ABSOLUTELY NO PROS!

Cons

Zero employee benfits! - CEO is very shady about EPF & Sodexo coupons (which were the only Pros at this company) - Sodexo credit despite being debited from the salary, never gets credited - looks like the senior management has been funding the company through the salary of employees - Fooling employees in the name of ESOPs - 40 out of 52 weekends, prepare yourself to work The CEO has no sense of professionalism, its disappointing to see such a personality running a company. He humiliates employees openly in group calls, lacking any sense of empathy. All conversations take place in his regional language, not to forget with the use of highly crass vocabulary. The CEO's micromanagement skills & insults form the USP of this company.

Pros

The only positive aspect of working here is being exposed to the toxic company culture. This experience will ensure that when you eventually move on to another company, the contrast will be stark and everything will seem vastly better in comparison.

Cons

1. No employee at Javis has received any PF since its inception, despite several years of follow-up. This lack of basic financial security for employees is unacceptable. 2. The founder promised ESOPs on paper but never actually gave out the grant letter required for allocation. Without a grant letter, employees were allotted ESOPs, leaving them with nothing to show for their hard work and dedication to the company. 3. The company initially promised that paid leaves could be encashed, only to backtrack and cancel the policy, citing a "mistake" in the offer letter. As an employee who never took a leave, this was a particularly devastating blow. 4. Also, the positive reviews you see about the company here are manufactured.

Pros

There are run-of-the-mill products that are being developed by the company and there's a limited amount you learn by doing that software development, which for its part is sufficient and good.

Cons

It is here that the company really shines, 1. No standard practice in the company, the entire company is run on the whims and fancies of its founder. 2. No Software Development best practices incorporated in the company. 3. PF is cut, however, never deposited 4. Founder regularly harasses people who have left the company. 5. Founder stoops extremely low to destroy the careers of people who have left the company. 6. Founder is always right. 7. Product pipelines are built on brainstorming and consistent thought processes, everything is a retrospective hack in this company.
