      Mixed Bag, strong pros, but strong cons

      Pros

      Good money for serving. So many really happy guests. Top notch ingredients, not hotel quality, but good restaurant quality benefits.

      Cons

      Not having tools needed to succeed, increasing bureaucracy, too many bosses, massive leadership turnover.

      Great colleagues overshadowed by high turnover and management issues

      Pros

      Worked with some great people, but they all came and went.

      Cons

      Constant turnover, inconsistent pay when hiring new employees, corporate either overbearing or MIA, there is no in-between. A lot of religion seeping in in various ways, made some feel uncomfortable if not Christian.
