Pros

I can’t think of one.

Cons

After 6 months of being there, I had to get out. For training, they give you word docs and expect you to learn your job that way. They micromanage everything you do. The office environment is very dark, dry, and unwelcoming. The pay is terrible for how much they try to work you.

A mess!

Pros

Good flexibility and minimal micromanaging

Cons

It started messy during the interview process when Jencap individuals were not on the same page (from salary, work, contract expectations & team). Different conversations with different people and all differing answers. Ultimately things were cleared up, agreed upon and it felt like a good fit so I leaned in with faith. A lot of work, no support, unclear guidance, tried to not pay per contractual requirements & did not hire for the team as promised. Direct report would lose their cool and create an uncomfortable work environment. It ended up not working out in a tasteless fashion on the company’s side. The entire team was never on the same page.

Pros

Some of the nicest coworkers I've ever met.

Cons

This went from a decent place to work to the most frustrating job I've ever had across a few years. The company started growing too fast and then changed management on top of that. There is way more work than the team - any of our teams - can handle. Interview process takes so long it both discourages new hires to help with the workload and makes it so employees that get burnt out and fall asleep at the wheel stay where they are because replacing them would be a months-long process. On top of that, the software is VERY dated and you need to keep reams of notes just to organize your workflow. Management rushes IT to address this which results in botched rollouts that cause work stoppages routinely.
