      Only pro is from some of the companies you work for.

      Cons

      They lie to you and make promises they never intend to keep to get you on. Then they make up stuff why you don’t get the pay you were supposed to. Even when you have it in writing. They don’t care. Your just a number to the head hunters. Horrible management.

      Free Parking, RRSP match, quarterly bonus. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      There is no annual salary increase based on performance. Any cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) are given at the company's discretion, meaning they are not guaranteed. Moreover, favoritism and backstabbing are prevalent in the workplace. Management often engages in gossip and plays games, contributing to a toxic environment. I especially feel for the female employees who must navigate this old-school, male-dominated industry. Overall, I would not recommend working here, as senior management is the primary issue.
