Pros

Day to day front line work very easy. Scheduling can be flexible for all roles except management. Owner is involved in day-to-day operations and will help out. Crew environment was overall very easy going and friendly.

Cons

Owners lack in communication skills and cause problems regularly. Lack of professionalism as well as borderline discriminatory practices taking place in the location I worked at. Also refuses to pay for over 40 hours on paychecks even if scheduled for them.

Bad management. You have to work alot of hours and management don't work with you
