Pros

The clothes are nice and the uk team is great.

Cons

Rudest HR I have ever experienced. (Based in Italy) No HR or office in uk. No area manager. No structure at all within the company everyone seems to be doing 17 roles and it’s unclear who does what. it’s severely understaffed. TERRIBLE PAY. Highly stressful environment and you have to work mostly alone as it’s so understaffed. Everyone is currently leaving and has had enough. Terrible discount. No perks whatsoever. No reward for existing loyal staff.

UK team is incredible, motivated and talented. Quarterly incentives & uniform, Training files and world of JS to explore. Rich history and focused on knowledge and clients.

Cons

Unorganised, disjointed from HO in Milan, no UK HR, office or Area Manager. Small teams and independent working more common than collaboration. Work load of at least 2 employees.
