None so far. It has to be the worst experience
Cons
They dont have a system in place for working remotely so you spend more time asking for resources or information through people than woring and end up working in the evening. Chinese culture of looking down on others who aren't Chinese. All seniors positions and leadership positions are Chinese. They don't hire local GM's. We all report to China. Management does not know how to speak to people and they don't give new employees a new opportunity to learn. Within two weeks you must deliver whether you know the products or not. Pay is less than other global companies and you work really hard and long hours cause you work remotely.
