-It's a quickly growing tech company, so it you aren't the type that likes change and pivots, a rapidly growing tech company probably isn't for you. -Doesn't compare to the vast perks being offered at other tech companies (unlimited vacations, lifestyle spending accounts, etc) but often these are just covering up the poor culture and lack of work life balance at other tech companies.
