This is a great company to work at. It's a Monday to Friday job and the best part is everyone is working remote. Working from home has been a delight.

Cons

This is not a company for laziness. It does require your focus and attention and to actually do your job. It's not a bad thing if you are a hard worker but if you think this place is to chill and and sit back this is not the place for you.

Positions are fully remote. They provide you with equipment. They invest in sophisticated software that automates a lot of tasks.

Cons

* Poor training, you need to figure out how to do a lot of things by yourself. * Poor employee recognition and no reward system. They don't invest in motivating their team. * Low career advancement opportunities. It's a relatively small company so there's no much room for growth. * Poor communication from management; they won't give you clear direct feedback and terminate you without giving you a chance to target and correct any practices they have a problem with. *Pay is not great.
