      The right place to learn all about technical recruiting, you gain good knowledge. You can earn nice bonuses when you're exceeding your targets.

      Cons

      The management wants to keep the competitiveness between the teams so they don't care when things are getting heated, in the wrong way. They help the strong employees get stronger and leave the mediocre employees behind. Even when you exceed your targets, they tell you you could have done better.
