      Pros

      Great place, great people. They let you do your job without micro managing. The culture is work hard play hard.

      Cons

      lower pay but some other benefits eclipse that.

      Pros

      Caring bosses and supervisors. Opportunities for overtime, that aren't "mandatory" Accomadating to workers needs.

      Cons

      Old equiptment, for a place that makes an incredible amount of money some of our equipment makes our jobs take double the amount of time. Instead of replacement they "attempt" to fix the same piece of equiptment, 50 times, to the point where it can't be fixed. Focus on safety is a little out of hand. Limited advancement opportunities. Lack of perks most Sheet Metal Shops have, i.e. being given shirts for work, holiday bonuses etc.
