Pros

Good co workers in team

Cons

The CEO, the quality control is absolute garbage. The constant need to pump out new products and features without finalizing them creating massive issues directly after sale. The cost cutting and layoffs of the most profitable company in their electronic security group. Very little if any upward mobility career wise, dead end jobs galore.

Pros

Great working environment Job is not so complicated Good life work balance Some decent benefits, specially in medical insurance

Cons

Salary is below market average Not monetary benefits like per diem and meals Awards are merely cosmetic, it's not reflected in payment rises No equality in job conditions for some employees
