      Pros

      Some things that I like about working at Jolly are: Company Picnics, Great Benefits Package, friendly team, short commute (right off 101). First day I started everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Since it is a small company I am able to aim myself towards what I have set my future goals to. In a larger company I would not be given as many options. It is also a stable industry (security and id badging) compared to many software companies.

      Cons

      Since it is a small company sometimes we wear many hats, but as we have been growing, there is less of that.

      Great opportunity for career growth, management always there to hear your suggestions both in terms of technology and work. Great people to work with always there to help you at any point of time , and great benefits.

      I would say none when compared to what we are getting in return.

      Creative teams, hard-working professionals, and a nice, young atmosphere. There are many interesting projects and chances to grow. They have a really good relation with their employees.
