Pros
Overtime is available always. The leads are pretty personable and willing to help. Room for growth in Essilor. Awesome insurance. 2 raises in 2 years (if you deserve it) Production so you can just put your headphones in and work. Definitely a team environment.
Cons
Gen Z!!!! Alot of my coworkers are young and have a problem being accountable. High turn over rate(no one wants to work) Mandatory Saturdays kinda suck. But it's not every Saturday.
