      great perks and benefits, pay is good, fully remote.

      Cons

      Managed with money in mind over people, do not listen to the needs of their employees, different departments are very fragmented and does not operate as a unified team.

      Great team and interesting work!

      Pros

      Juniper is in a very interesting industry and is working on very innovative and interesting tools - no day is ever boring! The team is fantastic, the workday is so enjoyable when working with such talented and passionate people. It is a remote-first company and allows a lot of flexibility on where and when you work which makes it easier to balance life and work.

      Cons

      We are fixing things while using them, which can be stressful and lead to some mistakes, but progress is being made on this.
