Pros

Actually have decent products and solutions

Cons

There are small downsides, which is good, but there are many, which is unfortunately bad. The biggest downside for me is Juniper's inability to decide who they want to be and where they want to focus. Sold off WLAN and Security components to focus on DC and Cloud, failed to partner with WLAN providers, thus no end to end solution and now have a great focus on security again.

Pros

Good if you are a contractor, paid very well. Also very supportive.

Cons

Terrible company to work as a permanent Employee. Too many managers with less Technical staff who do not understand the business or customer requirements. As a contractor you can claim overtime, but if you are permanent NO Over time.

employee culture, lack of helping each other sharing technology engineering information perms do not seem to like contractors management not really bothered when you bring to their attention lack of support
