      Employees are treated with respect, genuinely valued and offered support and career progression.

      Cons

      Juniper take recruitment and their obligations seriously, which can mean that there can be a number of interviews to ensure the applicant will be successful in the role and will fit with the company culture.

      I love the mid-size company feel. Management is very transparent and caring. They've worked very hard to have an amazing company culture. Won best employer for a mid-sized company in Northern Utah 2023.

      Cons

      Salary isn't the best, but it is a mid-size company.

      Profitable conservative management that gets the job done.

      Cons

      Culture may be considered wonky by some, probably because it is. It's a unique family owned business, that serves some niche markets. Not for everybody, but for those who align with the culture it's a great place to be.
