      Pros

      Used to have an amazing culture, supportive and collegiate. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      New senior management is only interested in making money. Hiring people who don’t have asset management experience. Culture is ruined. Merian acquisition feels like a takeover. New CRO shouts at people and treats them terribly. Jupiter is no longer what it was.

      Excellent benefits and great office location

      Cons

      Lack of diversity and getting worse with every new hire. Merian acquisition has had a negative impact due to their outdated processes being used over tried and tested, control driven processes. Jupiter is going backward and is not the company it used to be.
