Pros

I was able to make great strides with the tech team and marketing services teams, there are good people there, and they are efficient, prompt, & highly effective. Some of the best professionals I’ve worked with. I had a great time creating lasting improvements for the website, I built their Schema profile from the ground up!

Cons

When the eCommerce unit is run by someone who does not use strategies, goals, or KPIs that continually shifts everyone's focus away from important projects, they grind productivity to a halt while indulging their new focus. They even go as far as insisting their employees use Workfront for everything but refuse to use it themselves and expected their requests outside of Workfront to be fulfilled immediately. My so-called leader provided me with data but would not share sources or answer questions about their conclusions. Then, they expected me to use their data to reverse engineer wins for our department and because I wouldn’t, they resorted to retaliation and harassment. No ethical boundaries, no boundaries at all, no leadership, only manipulation. Like manipulating a test to tell everyone they are the leader, no class. There was no choice but to resign due to the incredibly toxic work environment they created fostered, and bragged about.

Pros

Solid group of people and great teamwork. People work hard and come together to get the job done.

Cons

Focus from the executive level team is all over the place. Most of the day is spent putting out fires vs planning strategically. Priorities change daily to the detriment of the operations working to keep up with shifting priorities. Upper management is a revolving door of plant managers and VP's that are sent in to "fix" the situation by acting as a "hammer". New ERP system that makes all employee's jobs inefficient.
