Pros

People are being empowered to lead Core values are mostly being adopted in central areas Structure is evolving to enable the vision Mobile working is well supported Communication is improving Salary and most benefits are market competitive Heading in the right direction

Cons

Visionary detail and the strategy to achieve it is not promoted well enough Inconsistent practices Too much change in a short period Culture needs addressing more aggressively Communication and collaboration requires further improvement Some small areas of the business are highly resistant to change Solid guidance and support can be tough to tap into Employee equality requires more focus

Pros

Nice, knowledgeable and supportive people on the work floor. They work in teams and have coaches and scrum masters who regularly check how you are doing and support you when needed.

Cons

I concur with the other reviews: HR is awfully bad. There is nothing humane about this department. Weak management: no vision, short sighted, expectations do not match with actions taken, customer pleaser, numbers driven. No trainings, little investment in personal development. Salary is below market standards.

Pros

Sandwich man was good quality and good value. Coffee machine Cleaners were good Car park and grounds nicely maintained

Cons

Not interested, let alone passionate about their customers Do not see the benefits of looking after their employees in any of the following areas: salary wise, training, self improving, goals, work / life balance, bullying is rife and overlooked. bonuses (what's that?), lack of trust in their employees. No clear career path structure. Old school environment - who you know not what you know. Over process driven and rife with pointless bureaucracy. Revenue driven not people driven. Only care about the numbers. No clear company message or identity.

Pros

- Colleagues are great, I've had great experiences with all the people I have worked with. Other developers are friendly and happy to help - Team managers are great, understanding and supportive - No expectation to take work home or do extra hours unpaid - No unreasonable pressure - Tech stack and product is quite broad and offers some good learning opportunities for a Developer - Other developers are experienced and willing to share their knowledge

Cons

- Salary is below standard, no raises for 2 years and most colleagues informed me that they hadn't received a raise in up to 5 years at the company. - Top-level management are constantly playing musical chairs, we frequently receive emails that X senior manager is leaving and is being replaced with Y. Direction has been very inconsistent. - K3 suffered greatly during COVID, many redundancies created a feeling of job insecurity - worsened by a recent restructure with vague details on overall job losses. - Teams are very isolated and siloed, with developers and functions split into different teams with very little knowledge or skill-sharing. K3 has been trying to solve this but there is still much to be done. - Due to the siloed nature it can often feel like there is a divide between the teams. Rather than working towards a common goal managers tend to look out for their own teams and responsibilities. - Several high-level developers have left recently, a severe 'Brain Drain' has been ongoing for the best part of a year. Developers from different teams are being pulled in to patch-up the core teams, but without any of the development or design knowledge from the developers who initially created the projects.
