      The CEO & founder (Mona) is very kind, understanding and supportive - these are a hugely under-rated and uncommon qualities in a lot of businesses - makes all the difference for a comfortable work environment. Always great guidance and support received and feeling truely valued.

      One minor challenge is that due to high demand and frequent sell-outs, it can sometimes be tricky to align social strategy with product availability but that’s also a testament to how loved the brand is. Overall, it’s an incredible company to work with, both creatively and professionally.

      One of the biggest pros of working at Kayali is the incredibly supportive environment across all teams. From having a motivating and encouraging line manager to experiencing strong cross-functional collaboration, there is a genuine sense of teamwork and shared passion in everything they do. The culture feels warm, inspiring and driven, with everyone always willing to support one another to achieve the best results. Even company lunches create meaningful moments, where teams sit together, catch up and simply enjoy a good meal together, which strengthens both relationships and collaboration across the company.

      Cons

      One challenge can sometimes be ensuring full alignment on briefs received across all teams, especially when projects move quickly and involve multiple touch points. At times, updates may evolve throughout the process, so maintaining clear communication from the beginning is essential to ensure smooth execution and consistency.
