Helped jump start my career into recruiting.
Cons
Felt very micromanaged here, run very old school. No opportunities for career growth. Did not feel respected as an employee. Not a comfortable environment to be in at all.

Nothing that I can think of.

Hostile work environment. High turnover. Micromanaged. The bosses are a joke. The office feels like a jail. Bosses slept with recruiters and would get smashed on team outings/trips. Favoritism was rampant. No HR policy or professionalism. No work/life balance. Expected to get in everyday at 8:30 and never leave before 5:45 even if you had all your work done. Taking a sick day or PTO was a joke since you still had to be on your email at all hours of the day. Pay is mediocre at best. Stay away- hardly anyone lasts over a year here. Shady business practices. Strong-arm candidates into taking positions. Need I say more?
