      Stay Away of KDDI Europe! The worst company that I worked for. You can get badly sick.

      There are some good people there and nothing else

      Cons

      Too many expats that have no idea what to do there. Many of them only know about Excel and poor english. Many expats, managers think they are God. Low Salary compared with UK market. No salary review. Horrible bonus. Bullying culture from some managers, expats and local Japanese staff. Managers responsible for their people don’t care about you but expats only. Some Japanese staff/expats don’t respect the people. They start yelling to you for nothing. They expect that you do overtime everyday. No inclusive culture.

      Long grind job with no progression and very basic pay

      Friendly local staff, Location of HQ is in a good location for lunch

      Cons

      no amenities for employees, no great benefits, no actual pay rise, long hours expected, massive divide between management and local staff, don't expect to enhance your abilities, expect to stay a long time

      Harassment and workplace bullying of junior staff by senior staff, No flexibility when you have problems at work, Low salary & bonus and no hope for a pay rise & promotion Most of senior managers are expats and some of them don't speak English well enough to discuss matters with the non Japanese staff, Some expats work hard for their reputation rather than being considerate to other staff, Company doesn't put enough effort to motivate employees and doesn't care about employees's wellbeing.
