Pros

There was some flexibilty. I was able to work from home 2 days a week. I also gained work experience to be able to switch careers. The people are ok. But management will barely speak to you and when they do, its usually for some big ask that is completely unreasonable.

Cons

Training is very short and a brief overview. However, once assigned to a project things can get more complex. All projects run differently, so it can be hard to get help from a colleague. High turn over. Regularly getting moved from one project to another. Compensation is similar to what you can get as a fast food manager and theres no reward for performance. There is also no performance review. So you never really know if you are doing well. They will give you a raise/ promotion when they feel like it. You start with only 2 weeks of paid vacation. I saved my vacation and when I left 1 year later I had a week remaining that I earned (yes in a year I only took 1 week off). They do not pay out your leave when you quit.
