      free breakfast and snacks, EA colleagues are nice

      Cons

      culture is the worst I have worked in - there is no team spirit, lots of silos, Executives can do what ever they want and Support staff needs to work for 5 people, work load is insane, you are treated like a 3rd class citizen, they tell you they don't have money to pay your the going rate in the same moment you book a 18K flight for an executive...., no career prospect If you want to loose your self esteem and want to get abused - then this is the place for you to work in.

      Pros

      I was very lucky with the executives that I supported: professional, hard-working, respectful and nice individuals. Large staff number and some very nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Support staff management poor, lots of limitations for booking holidays regardless of your performance or advance notice. Micro-management from support staff management team. That was my reason to leave.

      Terrible work–life balance — constant pressure, no respect for boundaries Long-time employees who performed well are being pushed out by the new 5-day office policy. Pay is below competitors, not worth the hours or stress Toxic environment where management doesn’t listen and doesn’t value staff
