      Pros

      Really enjoying my time at KLST as its been a great experience working with an international group of SMEs and learning latest technologies like Angular4, Ionic2, Salesforce, SharePoint, Office 365, Azure etc. Great projects, Caring team and most importantly good perks! Highly Recommended

      Management please open an office in NJ if possible as my commute to NYC is long

      Pros

      They have good work as they work on new technologies of Microsoft. That is the only pro I can see.

      Cons

      Management wants you to work as a slave(A typical Indian mentality to take as much as you can from the employee). The HR will always call on very small issues after office hours as well. If you are a person who want to keep your point on the table, this is not a place for you as they always want people to work according to their terms and conditions. The CEO of this company from NewYork is very proud of himself . It happen personally with me that he takes phone calls in front of you and scold other people which is quite nonprofessional. The day you enter in the office- they have a policy to like them on facebook and linkedin which is weird. If you are coming from a good or bigger organization then this not a place for you.
