      Horrible Top Management, Dangerous Plant & Clueless Ownership

      Plant location, benefits, some co-workers

      Cons

      The CEO and his cronies are unethical, lack integrity and mostly incompetent. Plant operations are not in compliance. Working at KMCO will damage your career & resume by being associated with this awful company.

      Great insurance and decent pay

      High turnover, Low moral, small town gossip environment, buildings aren't up to safety codes, understaffed in all departments, micromanagement. Shall I continue?
