Modern office (only in Luxembourg tho) with nice art.
Cons
Fear management. Top management sack Business Development Managers for no reason with no warning on a regular basis (5 out of 12 per annum). Top management speak only at a Sales Team meetings- no team member has a voice. Performance reviews - if you can call it that- is done in the pub. No feedback is given on performance. No training provided. Top managers have no management skills. They care only about hitting their personal target. No roadmaps or clear directions. Requirement to work after 9 pm on a regular basis. Pay was minimum for the amount of work and stress.
