Great company to work if you like flexibility and ready to do 2-3 persons job
Pros
1) Rapidly growing company (it's disadvantage simultaneously) 2) Lots of benefits to employees (english courses, compensations, trainings if you can clarify why you need it) 3) Open minded team (most of them) 4) Your ideas can be implemented if you push them (really) 5) You always can reach CEO if you want and to share your thoughts (but be careful with your words :))
Cons
1) No feedback culture 2) No clear grade system = you never know when you should expect raise 3) No processes in overall (if you live system approach, it will be tough for you) - no product roadmap, not clear how company management decides to work with one or another client (seems that it doesn't take into account company's capacity) 4) No corporate culture - I cannot remember any event during 2020 (COVID year). We had lots of work, lots of pressure and no support from management (excluding 1:1s) And lot of others.
