- No salary negotiation - Everything decided by director general in the branch - limitation of promotion if you are hired locally - Lack of people and workload onto hard-working people which lead to a high staff turnover

HQ staff have a severe lack of understanding regarding local culture, laws, and business. There are no progression opportunities for local staff, no autonomy in your work and lack of compassion. No diversity.
