There is nothing to put here

Cons

Intimidating and demanding attitude by management, if you challenge or speak out you are threatened with being sacked! Don't care about there employees mental health or work life balance, as on call 24/7 and as a result you earn less than the minimum wage!

The pros for me have been the two (2) years I have been with KPI. They've given me the opportunity to develop my professional skills and gain a significant advantage in my future choices and having a work-life balance - now. Great opportunity and pay if you bring the best you have every day and you continually strive to improve your attitude, approach and activity. Cannot considering the possibility of giving up. Let’s do this!
